Right-click inside the cfg folder, select "New" -> "Text Document". Name it myaim.cfg or any name you prefer (it must end in .cfg ). Make sure it's not myaim.cfg.txt .

Open Counter-Strike 1.6, open the console (using the ~ key), and type: exec newaim.cfg
