Always click Clone -> Read within the software to pull the current factory or existing configuration from the radio. Save this file as a backup. Configure Channels: Enter the Rx (Receive) and Tx (Transmit) frequencies. Assign CTCSS (PL) or DTCS (DPL) tones for squelch control.
