On Windows 2008 Server/Windows 7, the win.ini file can be located in two places ( C:\Windows and the user AppData folder). The workaround is to copy the [InTouch] section content from the AppData\Local\Wonderware\win.ini file and paste it into the C:\Windows\win.ini file.

: If you are installing a license on a remote computer, the License Utility can also be used. After launching the utility, select the remote computer, enter the domain and computer names when prompted, and the utility will copy WWSUITE.LIC to the remote computer's ArchestrA\License folder.
