Officially, HTV3 broadcasted Movie 24 on their television network several months after the Japanese release. However, re-runs are rare. Consequently, the fandom has preserved these broadcasts by ripping the audio and syncing it to video files.

As they explore the city, they soon realize that they are not alone. A series of mysterious events and crimes occur, and it's up to Conan and his friends to solve the case.
