Save the file and restart the application service (via IIS or systemd) to apply changes.

Once the QMS VEIS is running, immediately: Save the file and restart the application service

Fix: Double-check the connection string in your configuration file. Verify that firewall ports (1433 for SQL Server, 5432 for PostgreSQL) are open between the app server and database server. qms veis install
