If you have conflicting drivers, a clean removal is necessary.
The installer will eventually prompt you to connect your device. Plug the USB cable back into the PC and turn the printer on, or choose the Network Connection option if you are using Wi-Fi.
The website should automatically detect your operating system. If it does not, manually select your OS and version from the dropdown menu.
