Los Fugitivos is an American grupero band from Los Angeles, California, known for their keyboard-driven cumbias and airy pop sound that dominated the regional Mexican music scene of the 1990s. The band's story begins in 1985, when brothers Jaime and Edi Espinoza formed a group called Grupo Kariño. After achieving some initial success as a cover band, they decided to rebrand.
