Select all the contents inside your working folder (the textures folder, manifest.json , and pack_icon.png if available). zip the parent folder itself; zip the contents directly.
In Windows File Explorer, ensure "File name extensions" is checked under the tab to see and change the extension. Import to Minecraft : Double-click the java to mcpack converter
